灣仔同德大押被拆後，全港只剩11幢轉角舊樓。香港中文大學建築文化遺產研究中心文物主任吳韻怡指，與史釗域道6號同屬直角轉角唐樓的全港僅剩5幢，除了是直角轉角還有弧形的騎樓，更為罕見。

After the demolition of the Tai Tack Building in Wan Chai, there are only 11 corner buildings left in Hong Kong. According to Ngan Yun-yee, the director of heritage conservation at the Center for Architectural Heritage Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, there are only five remaining corner Tong Lau buildings in Hong Kong that have both a right-angle corner and a curved arcade, including 6 St. Joseph's Street. These buildings are extremely rare and valuable architectural heritage.
